Usually, a predetermined number of cards from a standard deck are dealt to each player at the start of the game. By either drawing cards from the deck or rallgamesemoving discarded cards from opponents, the goal is to create legitimate sets or sequences. In order to reach their objective before their rivals do, players alternately draw and discard cards. The round is over when one player declares "Rummy," having successfully melded their cards into valid combinations.
